NON-REFUND & RETURN POLICY
Thank you for your interest in our exclusive art and design pieces. Each creation is crafted with the highest level of artistry, uniqueness, and precision. Due to the bespoke nature of our work, we maintain a strict No Refunds and No Returns policy. Please read the following terms carefully before making a purchase:
1. All Sales Are Final
All purchases of sculptures, furniture, and other design pieces are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds under any circumstances, except in cases of damage during shipping (see Section 3 below).
2. Bespoke and Made-to-Order Pieces
Many of our pieces are custom-made or produced in limited editions. Once an order is placed, production begins, and cancellations or modifications are not permitted.
3. Damages During Shipping
- In the rare event that an item arrives damaged due to shipping, we require that you notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- You must provide detailed photographs of the packaging and the damaged piece.
- If the damage is confirmed, we will assess the situation and may offer a repair, replacement, or credit at our discretion.
- Any claims submitted after the 48-hour window will not be considered.
4. Color and Material Variations
Our pieces are crafted from natural and unique materials such as marble, brass, and other organic elements. As a result:
- Slight variations in texture, tone, and pattern are expected and celebrated as part of the artistic process.
- Such variations will not be considered defects and are not grounds for returns or refunds.
5. Collector’s Responsibility
By completing a purchase, the buyer acknowledges and accepts the uniqueness of the artwork and agrees to the conditions stated in this policy.
